CAPE COD FIREFISH TRAINING

Our workouts use a blend of swimming, skill development, and dry-land strength to develop our athletes. As our competitive season progresses, the composition of our workouts changes from week to week and month to month in order to best train and educate our athletes. Athletes should come prepared to each practice ready to participate in both in and out of the water activities. Water Bottles, Swimsuits, Swim Caps, Goggles, Athletic Sneakers, and Athletic Clothing are required to participate in all practices.

Mon & Wed 5:30-6:45

Fri 5:30-6:30


SILVER

Mon & Wed: 6:30-8:00 PM

Tue & Thu: 5:30-7:00 PM

Wed: 6:30-8:00 PM (Silver 2 Only)


GOLD

Mon - Fri 6:30-8:30 PM

Sat 7:00-9:00 AM
